Date of birth and age verification
Multiverse does not collect a date of birth, and support will never ask you for government-issued ID.

Multiverse does not collect or store a date of birth for your account.
Signing up asks for a username, a display name, and either an email address and password or a Solana wallet signature. There is no date of birth field at registration, and there is nothing in your account settings to change.
Why we don't ask
Collecting dates of birth means holding personally identifiable information about every user, and verifying one means asking for government-issued ID. We are not willing to build a system that requires either. See Regional restrictions for how this shapes our approach to age verification laws, and our Privacy Policy for what we do collect.
We will never ask you for your ID
Multiverse support will never ask you to email a photo of a government-issued ID, a passport, or a driving licence. If you receive a message claiming to be from Multiverse and asking for identity documents, it is not from us — please report it to doommedia@proton.me.
